Competition Rules

比賽細則及聲明：

所有參賽作品必須為參賽者的作品，不得使用他人的作品參賽。
參賽作品不得含有淫褻、暴力、色情、誹謗、不良意識、侮辱成分或宣傳商業或政治元素。
請確保參賽者之個人資料正確無誤。
參賽作品必須於截止日期前提交，逾期遞交將不獲接納。
參賽者所提供之個人資料只作本協會比賽聯絡及發放資訊之用途
所有費用一經交付，概不退還。
凡參賽者提交參賽作品，即表示同意本協會將參賽作品及資料編輯、複製、存檔、傳輸、發布、宣傳、展覽及印刷，而無需事先徵求參賽者同意及支付任何費用。
主辦機構對比賽方式、參加資格、得獎資格、得獎名單及領獎之安排等有最終及具約束力之決定權。
參賽者須遵從本協會的評審結果，不得異議。
參賽者提交報名表格即表示同意並遵守比賽細則及聲明的所有條款，如有任何爭議，以主辦機構最終決定為準。

Competition Rules and Declarations:

1. All entries must be original works of the entrant; works by others are not permitted.

2. Entries must not contain obscene, violent, pornographic, defamatory, offensive, insulting, or promotional elements for commercial or political purposes.

3. Entrants must ensure the accuracy of their personal information.

4. Entries must be submitted before the deadline; late submissions will not be accepted.

5. Personal information provided by entrants will only be used by the association for competition communication and information dissemination.

6. All fees are non-refundable once paid.

7. By submitting an entry, entrants agree that the association may edit, copy, archive, transmit, publish, promote, exhibit, and print the submitted work and materials without prior consent or payment from the entrant.

8. The organizer reserves the right to make final and binding decisions regarding the competition format, eligibility, award eligibility, winner list, and award collection arrangements.

9. Entrants must abide by the association's judging results and may not raise objections.

10. By submitting the registration form, participants agree to abide by all the terms and conditions of the competition rules and declarations. In case of any dispute, the final decision of the organizer shall prevail.
